Forex Trade Alerts
Started in the spring of 2012, TheLazyTrader is a website run by an old trader coach of mine and as such I can happily vouch for him as an honest, knowledgable and successful trader. When he told me he was starting a Forex Trade Alert services, I was one of the first to sign up.
The site specialises in calling End Of Day Forex trades using a confluence of several support or resistance levels defined by TLT’s senior traders. The trades are stalked for days, weeks or sometimes months in advance but you don’t need to worry about that because they are squawked by email when about to set up. The emails give the reasoning behind the trade, show supporting charts and and the relevant trigger prices.
As the subscriber, all you need to do is log on to your broker and enter the trade using the entry, stop and target prices given. TLT traders will then send you further emails to manage the trade, letting you know when it’s time to take profits, scale out or cancel the trade.
Another characteristic of TLT trades is they are low frequency / high reward. Trade frequency is typically 4-8 trades per month, but the reward sought is never less than 3% and can be as high as 15% if you’re willing to wait for the trade to develop. Of course, not all trades work out, their last quarter results were 7.8% (so projected annualised profits are currently 31.2%) and they do have drawdown months as you’d expect.
In addition to the email calls, there’s a video uploaded each Sunday with a look at the week ahead, describing which trades are being stalked and why. This allows you to look at your own charts and follow the reasoning behind the alerts and as such it’s a great learning tool.
Check out their website and you can see their trade history, trade results, blogs etc. If you want to see the kind of videos they post and the trades they do, here are some YouTube clips.
